I didn't grow up homesteading, and I didn't learn this stuff from glossy magazines or weekend workshops. I learned it the hard way — by trying things, failing, fixing them, and doing them better the next season.
Gardening, raising animals, food preservation, and self-sufficiency became part of my life out of necessity first, then passion. Over time, that passion turned into a deep respect for simple systems that work, practical skills that last, and the confidence that comes from knowing how to take care of yourself and your family with what you have.
My goal is simple: help everyday people grow more food, waste less, and build practical skills they can rely on.
